Everyone was really welcoming, there's a separate place downstairs for treatments and a separate area upstairs for male or female hair which is a massive plus. All members of staff are really friendly and I got offered a drink which always makes a difference. The haircut and the pedicure are both good quality and I had plenty of time for my nails to dry
