This was my 1st haircut in over a year. Masy was great. I showed her pictures of what I was after and she looked at all of them and said "Yeah we can do that. We start with the hair a bit longer and then go shorter if you like. We will get you a good haircut." And that's exactly what she did. She had to go shorter several times. She was super friendly and very professional. I moved away from London but will keep using Jackson's and combine it with nights out in London. I just love my haircut. TY
