Friendly staff, manicurist was unfamiliar with doing french manicures so struggled and nails bled a bit but we got there in the end. Balayage was not to the standard I expected and so I returned for a correction but the appointment was not booked in so it was rushed and it did not achieve the end result I wanted. The staff are lovely and I can't fault them for that, it is just unfortunate that I will now need to correct my hair colour elsewhere.
