The stylist was lovely but the highlights were really disappointing, my hair didn’t look like it was professionally done and I wasn’t happy with the colour- I wanted a chestnut brown and it came out looking ginger and became more ginger over time. I’m having to pay extra somewhere else to get it fixed.
