Great experience, the stylist listened carefully to what I wanted & checked to make sure all was as I wanted. Straightforward and thoughtful, really pleased with the results.

My stylist was late. I was then made to help her with the foils to speed things up. It felt very rushed. Then there was a disagreement with her colleague. The blow dry wasn't great she then straighten my hair which i thought was unusual. I've used a few other stylist at Jacksons and always been really pleased with the results.
