My scheduled 55 minute wash, cut, and blow dry was rushed through in 20 minutes. A drink was offered but never arrived. During the appointment, a physical altercation broke out between staff, with one worker coming out to tell another not to touch anyone.
My hairdresser seemed uninterested, spending only three minutes washing my hair and dragging a barrel brush through knots from top to bottom. She did not show me the back until I asked. The experience felt careless and chaotic
