Balayage left hardly any of my natural colour left and the toner that I was given was really brassy. Abi said that it was my fault it was too light because I didn't say I wanted to keep some darker colour (I showed her EXACTLY what I wanted in a photo) and I'd have to pay to have dark bits put in. She admitted that she should have left the toner on longer but I could only come to get it fixed at a time that was convenient for her?! I went to a different hairdresser to get it sorted. Avoid.

Absolutely loved my full set it was perfect, the infill however wasn’t as good! Quite rushed and not the same curl was used as before. Please may you contact me, Irina? Apart from that, they’re the best lashes, couldn’t recommend enough!!
