Bruno was perfectly nice however, I asked for a wispy long french fringe, I showed multiple reference images and the fringe he cut is at least 1.5 inches shorter than asked for and looks ridiculous. I was too embarrassed to ask for my money back but truly feel he has ruined my hair and all I can do is wait for it to grow now. I had a great cut and colour on a previous visit so this is very disappointing.
