When booking this appointment, I didn’t know that Rima would be the therapist. However, I was happy to give her a second chance after my previous bad experience with her. However, she was very hostile and unfriendly. In terms of the treatment, she didn’t even ask my what shape I wanted my nails! She was very rough in removing the shellac, and my shellac has since come off (I only got it done one week ago) as she didn’t put enough coats on. Really unprofessional experience
