I usually have Shadi and have always been really happy with the result but had someone different when I came in this time. Felt like either she was distracted by other customers or didn’t know exactly what she was doing when doing my eyebrows. I don’t have hard brows to shape and tint but genuinely left feeling like I could’ve done a better job myself at home, the tail of my brow was also taken off on one side. Hate giving back feedback but just wasn’t happy this time x
