Incredibly unhappy with the treatment of staff and service provided. *Would not recommend for a balayage/cut*. Despite making it clear that I only wanted a trim 4+ inches were instead cut. The colour did not lift enough leaving a yellow finish throughout with orange at the front. I went back for a toner which only briefly fixed the colour. When I asked for them to relift the front the staff effectively tried to tell me I asked for the wrong thing and refused- incredibly cheap and poor attitude.
