Refund request. I have been waiting for my refund for couple of days now. If it would be 0 stars available- I would put 0. How comes Nuray (WHO IS A HAIRDRESSER) is doing my eyebrows and being so rude to me? This place without Rima is nothing. Absolutnie disastrously bad service and my brows are now completely ruined my brows. Absolutely incompetent. I have cancelled my hair appointment with her as well straight away. Run from Nuray as fast as you can.
