Unfortunately I went there based on a friend recommendation. But now my hair is burnet and cut and so many different shades of yellow and ginger :) I never leave a bad review but I am so gutted rn because at the end the hair dresser told me she shouldn't have taken my appointment if she knew that my hair takes more time to get bleached! she said she is in rush and needs to leave so either I can come another day or she add a dark shade of ash colour to my whole hair to cover up this mess.
