Turned up to my appointment on time and was asked to return in an hour as they were running over. No call beforehand to save me having to go back and forth.
Had way too much heat applied to my hair for way too long - not only did it smell of burning but a lock of my hair literally burnt off(!) and fell in my lap. Instead of apologising and admitting fault, the stylist tried to blame it on something being inside the hairdryer. Awful.
