I’m genuinely heartbroken. I spent a long time growing my hair, it was thick and long, and I clearly asked for face-framing layers, but that isn’t what I got. Too much length and thickness has been taken off, and the cut isn’t what we discussed. Very disappointing experience.

I never had the patch test, they don’t require them and didn’t bother to check when I called and asked them.
