I have been a customer of Jacksons for Hair for at least 5 years. I have returned every 6 weeks so at least 45 visits to the business, the service was always professional and good. However, there have been difficulties with the last 2 visits with unagreed time changes etc, contact details provided were for an email address for the owner Karwan. No replies. Several calls to the salon to try to remedy, the second time within a month. I hope this business returns to its former professionalism.
