Came to Irina for years for my eyebrows and have loved the salon. Decided to come back for an eyebrow tidy up and added on a gel manicure before my holiday. Worst manicure I have ever had; unintentional but the lady cut my cuticle so deeply that it bled for days. One nail chipped within 2 hours and 3 peeled off the next day. Not remotely worth £33 - emailed for refund to resolve separately as I’m out of the country and have been ignored. Really disappointing as I rated this place!
