The appointment felt rushed from start to finish. My one hour appointment lasted about 30 minutes with little communication throughout, and unfortunately the curls/waves fell out by time I had returned home due to not setting the style with any products. The salon has great reviews, so it was disappointing to have this experience

I was left really unhappy with my brows, the skin around the outline and under my brows has been left stained a very orange colour which looks awful. It was as if the tint wasn’t removed properly and this is the second time this has happened but this time is worse.
