Tiny treatment room could really do with a makeover - peeling paint and cluttered. BUT the therapist - attentive, thorough and skilled, combined with the reasonable price and length of the treatment more than made up for this. I'll probably go again for cleansing and perhaps hair removal treatments but would look elsewhere for indulgent pampering (until the owner invests in a lick of paint and some cupboards)!

I was made to wait for well over an hour. When I finally had the wax it was painful and did not get all the hair. The beautician seemed to find it difficult to be able to position the wax strips properly and did not seem skilled at all.

Every experience I have had here has been lovely. The staff are friendly, passionate about colour and actually concentrate and care about your condition and end result! She really concentrates instead of talking her way through your appointment. 5* would recommend to friends !
