The wrong wax was used on my eyebrows and no cream was added after the treatment resulting in a huge breakout on my skin. This has never happened before. Also, when getting my legs waxed the therapist took so long and missed half of the hair on my leg. I had to keep pointing out areas which she missed. After the treatment she tried to wash off the access wax with a wet towel. Wax does NOT come off just with water. Terrible experience

Upon entering I thought I was in the wrong place, as the fronage just looks like a barbers which it is. But there is a sign right at the back of the shop which points you to the female section. My therapist Penka was great, she talked through what she was going to do and reminded me of each process and product and why she was doing it. She was very professional desipte the cramped conditions. Overall all good facial and good value.
