Really pleased with my eyebrows, they look fantastic! The lady was going on maternity leave that day though so a shame I can't go back to her! The salon seems s bit intimidating from the outside as its a male barber but there is a separate female section at the back.

Great experience. Staff lovely, went the extra mile and didn't rush at all. I got eyebrows threaded and lip waxed. Second time to have threading done after a bad experience in another salon, this time was the polar opposite. Fantastic service!

My appointment was rescheduled and I didn't receive the message until I had arrived. Although not completely the hairdresser's fault, it was really inconvenient and there was no mention of a refund, just a few apologies. Yasmen was as nice and chatty as ever, but the other people who work in the salon, particularly the barbers, are not friendly. There was a relative (or friend?) of Yasmen's just hanging about during my haircut, sitting next to me and talking to Yasmen -- very unprofessional and off-putting, and not the first time something like that has happened. The haircut was okay, but shorter than I would have liked - though it is possible I didn't make myself clear. Won't be returning there for a while.
