WHAT AN ABSOLUTE LOAD OF CRAP. Had a full head of highlights and toner, pulled on my hair like I was dog, cold wash, and to top it all off she ruined my colour, half way down my hair is my natural darker blonde and at my roots is a light blonde where she left the bleach in too long. I'm furious, worst job I've had done on my hair and I've been getting my hair done for 10 years like this. DON'T DO IT.

Not a particularly swanky salon but can't complain with the price. Really pleased with the outcome and love my haircut and colour. The hairdresser was nice and friendly although a few minor things could make the experience more pleasant - she wasn't particularly polite or helpful with other customers coming in for beauty treatments which made me feel awkward and brought me water in a mug - I know it's really not important but a glass would have been preferable. I was also told £55 over the phone and then asked to pay £65 at the end, but I think it was worth this given how much time was spent on me. Thank you!

On arrival it is somewhat unprepossessing. I thought that I had walked into the gents hairdressers as everyone there was male! However there is a room at the back for women.
So, I was a bit concerned. But ..... I had a really great haircut, & so I shall definitely return
