Terrible experience. I will never come back for blow dry again. I think the staff name was Catren. The blow dry was a waste of time and money really. So far, the worst I had in my life. I felt like she was rushing to go home and therefore she felt it was ok to be aggressive on my hair to the point I could hear and feel it breaking inside the brush and had to stop her. Very bad!

I enjoyed waxing done by beautician Romana. She was friendly, professional, and efficient. I will give her 5 stars. But the venue needs some renovation, at least painting the walls clean.

Appalling. I was there for hours and was only offered a glass of water after about 2 hours. Hairdresser was rude and abrupt and dismissive of my ideas/suggestions when she asked me what I wanted to have done. She proceeded to completely butcher my hair - that really is the only way to describe it - and ruin my shirt, by getting bleach all over the collar. I have since contacted the salon by email and phone to notify them of this but haven't had the courtesy of a reply. AVOID.
