On arrival it is somewhat unprepossessing. I thought that I had walked into the gents hairdressers as everyone there was male! However there is a room at the back for women.
So, I was a bit concerned. But ..... I had a really great haircut, & so I shall definitely return

I booked an appointment for a haircut here and they cancelled on me twice via text which I found to be quite unprofessional and it just turned out to be a hassle to get a refund on the booking. I will not be booking any treatments here again

nothing about 'luxury' here, i think this is just a very basic manicure.
the nail section is located in the back of the hair salon. the lady who does my nails is friendly and chatty, but the overall experience is disappointing. the nail filing cut open 2 of my finger tips. the only positive part i would say that she did a good job in removing cuticles. the hand massage is like applying lotion and rub in only.
sorry this place is not for me.

Waxing was great. The beautician, Preet, is very professional and efficient. I had full body waxed in less than an hour. Very good value for the money. I definitely will come back.
