It was ver unfortunate and I have resisted feedback until now but my hair is still a mess ,When I told the salon my disappointment two other employees went out of there way to retrieve the situation. I have to wait until my hair grows more before attempting to restore my desired colour, I think I will have to go to a few venues to discuss options.
Everybody makes mistakes, all I can assume is that the agreed colour number was 9, BUT 6was used the box mus have been upsid down, so y hair went from light to dark,but th skin of my scalp and hair line became brown and it aged me,I have scrubbed my hair line and had 2 further all over colours and I look a little younger, but it was unfortunate.

Great guy, did exactly what I asked him. I was very satisfied and I will definitely be going back.
My therapist was lovely, chatty and friendly. Unfortunately the room was not great. At the back of a barbers shop a bit cluttered. The treatment was quick but not thorough a job as I've had elsewhere.
