Nicely washed hair and quickly and efficiently cut and dried. However I specified to cut all to one length and when I got home and straightened my hair, this certainly wasn't the case since the front was much longer than the back so very disappointed.

The venue is easy to find and close to balham tube station. I've always enjoyed my experience there. My wax was done quickly and thoroughly. The lady doing my wax was lovely. Will return.

The Salon has been refurbished since my last visit just over a month ago. There were new pedicure chair and other new furniture. The new décor was very present and was a nice surprise. My facial was good and I felt refreshed. Will visit again.
