I regret this haircut so much! Cannot wait for it to grow out!! To start with the hairdresser began on my hair before even asking what sort of cut I wanted. I have thick hair so usually need multiple layers, but she did 2 blocky layers which looks awful, no one has ever done that before. Also, it was entirely uneven, I tried to get her to even it out when I was still there but she seemed annoyed at me whenever I commented, so I just got my mum to trim it when I got home. I am extremely disappointed, especially since I have been here before and had another hairdresser who did a good job, but this woman was AWFUL :(

Ramona was very friendly and gentle. The wax was quick and a lot less painful than other wax I had. I would definitely be going back there in the future. I would recommend to book hot wax as it is much more comfortable than the strip wax.
