Staff are friendly and helpful. I had booked for roots colour, hair cut and blow dry. My stylist recommended that I do a full colour and only charged me a small additional fee. Overall pleased with the colour and cut and will go back.

Very unhappy with my haircut. I'm not very high maintenance as haircuts go, but asked for 'layers, just not too choppy', then the hairdresser went on to cut all my (very thick) hair the exact same length. It is easily the worst haircut I have ever had - not even worth the low price.

The salon is a bit dated and at the back of a barber shop, it doesn't look very clean but the beautician was very nice and friendly. I can't say it was not painful as it would be lying but it was ok. The price is very competitive so you don't get a great place but you get an ok wax. I still had to tweeze a few small heir out once I was back home.
