I arrived at the hair salon on time and took a seat, whilst I waited for the hairdresser. A beautician came out to ask if I needed help so I said I had an appointment for a haircut and she said that Abbiy was on here way - but was nowhere to be seen. Eventually, Abbiy had to be prompted to come and see to me - 10 minutes after my appointment.
She was very cold and made no effort to make me feel welcome. She asked if the length she took off was ok...after having cut it! Overall it was a disappointing experience that I will not repeat.
