I had a hollywood wax here at Jacksons and it was quick and clean. The salon isn't fancy but it's clean and the staff are very friendly. The wax was good - the only thing was they didn't tweeze the few small hairs left behind but this isn't a big issue.

I booked an appointment at Jackson's for a wash, cut and blow-dry. When I arrived I was told to come back in 15 minutes as they weren't ready yet. And when I came back I had to wait another 5 minutes, which was a little frustrating. However, the appointment was booked for an hour and actually took less than 40 minutes, so in the end I wasn't any later and it was fine. The hairdresser (Abbiy) was very friendly and nice to chat to. She asked how I wanted it cut and made some good suggestions. She also checked on where I had my parting, and how I wanted my fringe etc. Overall I am very happy with the cut, and with the special offer that was on at the time, I think it was very good value for money. I don't have my hair cut very often but I would go back again in future.

Ramona is a really lovely person who really makes you feel at ease! I had never had a pedicure prior to this and she would always let me know what she was doing. My toes look great - she did a great job shaping and painting (not easy because I have tiny toenails!) Would definitely go back. Amazing value for the quality of work.
