Probably the best wax I've ever had. I've had a few in the past where the assistant has left areas out, and I feel awkward asking for them to do parts again; whereas this lady made sure she got all the hairs. It was incredibly tidy and efficient wax. She also used hot wax that meant it was done in a couple of strips. Would definitely recommend.

The therapist was quite rough with my face and the facial only lasted 20 minutes when it was meant to last 30. She also left half way through to deal with another client and was gone for a while, which I found quite disruptive. It wasn't a relaxing experience but it is very cheap.
