The treatment was great but i was left in the cold for 10 minutes as the shop owner hadn't turned up to open.

Blow dry was ok but hair had fallen flat within half an hour which my hair has never done before after a blow dry. Stylist tried to tell me she should style my hair with tongs instead of blow drying it but I had to ask not as it's not what I booked or wanted.
