I had a blow dry from this place which was a total waste of money. I booked an appointment through the treatwell website for Blow dry for £18 and it didn't have any condition or extra explanation. I called the venue afterwards (although I didn't have to) to confirm the booking. The lady asked me if my hair is long or not and I told her that I have a medium length hair. When I went to the salon, she started to wash my hair and said that my hair is thick (which is not) and it is gonna cost me £20. As I didn't like her attitude I replied that I do not want the service in this case. She said ok ok I will do this for £18 this time!!! Then she started to blow dry my hair in the most unprofessional way that I have ever see. She took big chunks of my hair and blow dry it from the roots upwards in the air. As I told her that it makes the hair frizzy she said my hair is too curly and she doesn't do this type of hair for £18. And if I want to I can pay extra for the flat iron. I always blow dry my hair at home in 15 minutes and it is far less frizzy when I do this at home (without the flat iron). Yes my hair is curly but it is very soft and not frizzy at all, and I had to go to this place because my hair dryer was broken. I left the salon with the most frizzy hair (although she put a lot of products on my hair to cover her bad job) and I had to wash my hair the very next morning. So save your money and skip this place if you want the quality job with something near professional manner from a hair salon.

I've been coming to jacksons for years after finding them originally on Treatwell/Treatwell. The staff are really friendly and do an excellent job of Hollywood and leg waxing.
