Friendly staff and nice facial for the price. The room was clean but please clean the toilet! It did put me off to see it so dirty just before I had the treatment done.

The ladies' section is behind the barber shop through a narrow doorway. I wasn't greeted with a "hello" or a smile by any of the staff - male or female. The treatment room was shoddy: dirty floor and the bed didn't look inviting but old and the towels stained. The underarm wax itself was as it should be and the price reasonable but I probably wouldn't return. Only went there as my usual beautician had no appointments until next week!
