Booking was easy and I was welcomed by staff. My journey was quicker than anticipated and I arrived early. I was lucky in that the stylist was able to see me almost straight away and, whilst waiting, other staff gave me coffee. I am pleased with my haircut and would go there again. The salon would benefit from some redecoration.

The whole experience was very nice! The hair wash was absolutely lush and the lady did a wonderful job. It's my first haircut in London and I will absolutely go back again and would recommend to anyone!

I haven't had my hair cut for a few years so this was actually quite a big event to me! The hairdresser (Ati?) gave me a really good haircut and was not phased my chopping my waist length hair up to my shoulders, was pleasant but she didn't really chat to me at all or make the experience feel particularly luxurious and I do enjoy feeling pampered when I have a beauty treatment. If you want to spend an hour or so reading magazines, drinking tea and having a relaxing treatment, this isn't the right place to come. But if you want efficient service and a great cut then I would recommend. Overall, I thought it was amazing value, speedy service and I was happy with the result.
