I love my colour after a full head of highlights. However my hair cut wasn't great as the lady took very little off the ends and it still looks quite dry and choppy so I'll have to go back and get a haircut again soon. I wasn't asked much about what way I wanted it cut or blowdried but still liked the outcome. I was up sold to do an intensive mask which I didn't feel helped at all and took a long time.
The lady who did my hair was lovely though and I'd definitely go back again but would be more specific about the cut in future.

I turned up on time for my appointment, however apparently there was a mix up with the appointments so was told I had to wait 40 minutes. I waited 40 minutes and then was told I had to wait another 30 minutes. I was very unimpressed and cancelled my appointment.
The staff did say it was a fault of Treatwell and were polite enough.

Avoid at all costs. I didn't think it was possible to mess trimming the ends, but it is. The hairdresser didn't listen to my repeated requests and kept chopping my hair like a kindergarten kid with paper scissors. That's what the outcome looks like, as well. The towels smell.
