Not a particularly relaxing experience as the girl was disapproving of my dry hands and weak nails! She seemed to think I was lying about moisturising and I felt like I was being told off. On the plus side, my nails looked good. But I wouldn’t return because of the staff

Worst haircut I've ever had (ladies haircut). Asked for a simple trim with my existing blended layers. Haircut turned out thin, with uneven and choppy looking layers, and shorter than I asked for. Not to mention the rough wash and the lack of any conversation or customer service.
