The balayage I paid for was not balayage. I asked for natural blonde through my light brown hair. I got poorly executed highlights a few cms from the root (like regrowth). The colour is brassy and there is a blob of dyed blonde right at the front. When I asked for this to be toned, I was told it would look better if I had a side parting (to cover the mistake). I asked for no feathering and the front was feathered. Ati would not refund me, but said she could redo it (but I don’t live in London).

It had been a long time since I had got a haircut so I was a bit nervous, but Ati made me feel super comfortable from the start. She gave me advice about the hair inspiration I wanted, and proceeded to wash, cut and blow dry my hair in a really professional way. Will be coming back!
