I turned up on time for my appointment, however apparently there was a mix up with the appointments so was told I had to wait 40 minutes. I waited 40 minutes and then was told I had to wait another 30 minutes. I was very unimpressed and cancelled my appointment.
The staff did say it was a fault of Treatwell and were polite enough.

Avoid at all costs. I didn't think it was possible to mess trimming the ends, but it is. The hairdresser didn't listen to my repeated requests and kept chopping my hair like a kindergarten kid with paper scissors. That's what the outcome looks like, as well. The towels smell.

I rarely write reviews.. but the girls who work there are very discreet, polite and knowledgeable, willing to answer any of my questions ( I tend to get really stressed when I have to dye my hair). I did not expect to be treated that well due to the low price... so I’m definitely coming back!!! Last, they are very devoted and they let me stay there as long as I wanted in order to dry my pedicure! (The pedicure was to the detail btw, scrub smelled like clementines!) You should definitely try this place. Thank you!
