The facial was good, however the presentation of the beautician did not convince me...I always feel that beauticians should reflect what they are doing, and it would have been more reassuring to see someone wearing a white coat, and was well presented overall.

The waxing was great, and the beautician most friendly: she really made an effort to make me feel comfortable. I have booked another waxing appointment!
Ladies' Waxing
The staff was very friendly and the waxing was done appropraitely. They have a seperate ladies area and a seperate room for your waxing. Nice friendly atmosphere.

Photo is deceptive, the ladies hairdressing area is not in the main shop but rather in the back room behind a shabby curtain. Could not see proof of hairdressing qualifications adorned on the walls and was kept company by the beautician who has a room behind another shabby curtain. She spent the whole time on her phone. Disappointing experience, hair wash poor (cold water, lots of it in my ear), hair cut average, finish was poor (a blow dry with a hairy dirty brush and no finishing products other than serum wiped onto my roots as an afterthought). No brand products. £20 for a back room trim was very very disappointing - avoid.

I had a great experience at Jacksons, great value, very professional and an enjoyable appointment. Yasmine was a true professional and I was very happy with my haircut.
