I had a deep cleansing facial and it was fantastic. The staff were lovely and very attentive and explained every step. My skin looked fabulous afterwards. The only negative was that it's quite noisy because of the hairdressers out front but if you want a good facial and you don't care much about the ambience it's fantastic and great value.
Classic Facials
Yasmen is very friendly. She gives lots of good advice on how to take care of your hair. Good cut for the price.
Ladies' Haircuts
Hair cut worth it, pedicure not. Luxury pedicure was extremely un-luxurious, no pedi chair so you sit awkwardly on a massage table in a tiny back room and balance your feet where they need to be, in a bucket or flat. Massage portion was disappointingly short. Results were ok though. Haircut was really great! That lady was very kind, but cut was 25 minutes late. On top of booking a massage, which they don't provide, this made for an excessively long visit.
Ladies' Haircuts
Worse facial I have ever had... The place was dirty and far from relaxing.... She got water/cleanser up my nose which made me choke. She hovered over me whilst the treatment a were working which was totally not relaxing. Wouldn't go there ever agajn

It was ok for the price. The ladies were lovely . Gave it three stars via they were not really prepared for my appointment. But after we started it was ok.
