Yasmen was as lovely as ever, and I was pleased with my haircut, but during the treatment there were numerous interruptions (e.g. taking a phonecall, chatting to other employees etc), just like the other times I have had appointments. I understand its a busy salon and it seems a bit short of staff, but it delays my treatment longer than necessary and is inconsiderate to leave me just sitting there with soaking wet chair for 5 minutes. The price has gone up, too, which I of course am not thrilled about.
Ladies' Haircuts
The hairdresser was very pleasant, relaxed and caring. She seemed to know what she was doing and I liked the outcome. My only criticism is that she was nearly 10 minutes late.

Very impressed with the wax I had here! Great value for money, the beautician was lovely - so chatty, really friendly yet very efficient - took an hour for a full body wax. I would recommend to a friend and will be back as long as prices stay low!

Great service. Friendly staff. Great price. Will definitely return here in future for eyebrow threading and tinting in the future. It is close to balham train station
Facial Threading
No-frills type of place but great results. In and out in less than 10 mins and have had several compliments about my eyebrows since. Not for pampering, but definitely the place if you want something efficient, cheap, and to a good standard.
