Haircut was OK. I asked for a slight trim but she took loads off (2 inches at least) then thinned out my hair even though I have suuuper thin hair. I don’t think she considered my hair texture or thickness at all.

Absolutely awful experience staff were so rude rubbish left near clients no care for taking nearly 4hrs then two stylists yanking my hair to dry it. Colour is awful patchy on one side just awful
