Hair was bleached without my knowledge. Colour didn't come out as desired - had to retone it. Was then told not to wash hair for 2 days, washed it after and the colour wore out back to the undesired colour. Rang to ask if they could fix it - only to be told I would be charged as I should've rung them within two days!

I’ve been here before and had another girl do the wax, I just felt like I was criticised a little bit for how strong my hairs were. And I had quite a bad reaction about a week after the wax where I was very sore. It’s not happened to me before with a wax.
