Very disappointed. Couldn’t wait to leave. The hair wash was painful as the hairdresser used her acrylic talons to scratch shampoo into my head. The basin has hair dye over it and the water was freezing. I didn’t ask for the hair cut I wanted as I did not trust that they could do the job so wasted money on a trim. Oh, and she didn’t realise I was a treat well
Customer so she asked me for £17. When I said “oh that’s cheaper than expected” she replied “are you Louise? Then it’s £25 through treatwell as we need to make money out of it”
Needless to say I was very upset and angry that I paid more than what they charge in the salon!!! What is the point of treatwell if it doesn’t save you money? I will be reluctant to use this app again.

Had a lovey haircut and blow dry- the colour didn’t turn out exactly as expected initially but without hesitation they put on a toner and it was perfect, really pleased with the colour and cut and my eyebrow thread and tint was great. Amazing value for money I would definitely go back.
