The lady (Nidyah?) did an amazing AMAZING job with my highlights. I have very dark hair. I went to another salon 2 wks ago and they did NOT do what I wanted and my hair was a mess. The stylist at Jacksons completely listened to me, explained what was possible to fix, REALLY fixed it, new her technique and what bleach and toners to use (very tricky with dark hair) and spent a good deal of time making sure it looked fabulous (i have gotten tons of compliments) - this place is very good value. Unassuming front of the shop but I promise you - they know what they are doing. The other shop I went to previous to Jacksons turned half my head orange, and did not do a good blending job at all. This woman saved my hair and I feel a LOT more confident. Really friendly. made me 2 cups of coffee. If there is a slight wait to see her in the salon, sit, wait - she is WELL worth it! best value in london that I have seen to date.
