my highlights, cut and blow dry are brilliant, however... my boyfriend had long hair and just wanted a cut, his fault was to tell the hairdresser to cut them shorter than he should but her fault was to give him a bob cut.. literally, he looked like a girl, I told him but he obviously was too embarrassed to say anything so we had to spend more money to fix his haircut.
even if my hair looks good I'm not sure I'll be back there soon...
