This was the worst experience ever. A strange man literally walked into the room when I was getting a Hollywood wax (there was apparently no lock on the door). The venue didn’t offer me a refund or discount! Horrible experience!

I am very pleased with the outcome. Radia was amazing and found a solution to my request of trying to reach a blonde colour without using bleach and it turned out amazing. I'm very happy. I highly recommend.
