It’s a total disappointment. The result of my hair has nothing to do with what I wanted. The cut is horrible ( I realised the day after as it was nicely styled, but when blow dried at home the hair are not even and the frange looks like a child cut it); I feel sorry cause the lady was lovely (even tho she talked on the phone for the whole time, very little conversation) I am seriously reconsidering to do my hair again as I don’t feel confident but definitely in another salon. I wasted a lot of money. I also had to pay extra for an additional treatment as apparently the balayage included only 1 colour application (not specified when booked and you don’t really think about it as this treatment obviously requires 2different colours). Will not come back again i’m sorry
