Facilities are clean but all a bit cheap and naff looking. Staff were so unhelpful and unfriendly. I was wandering round the top floor hair salon looking for the area where they do nails and no one helped me or even smiled at me even though I was clearly lost and looking for a member of staff.
The lady who did my nails told me we had to be quick because they were closing soon, which makes me wonder why they let me book an appointment at that time.
We ended up having to sit on the chairs in the waiting area as she removed my shellac. She didn't even ask if I wanted to take my coat off and ended up getting nail shavings all over it. When I got home I realised the shellac hadn't all been removed which, to be fair to the nail technician, was I think because the lighting isn't good in the salon.
